You can easily check in on the status of the requests you've submitted by going to the Check Request Status page. Here you will find all of your requests and you see at a glance the progress that's been made as well as which team member, or "agent", is working on each request.  

If you open a ticket, you will find more details about that particular ticket including the information you initially provided when filling out the form and any conversations you have had with the assigned agent.
